Archery Games Calgary Policies

• We are on a tight schedule, please plan to show up 15 minutes prior to your start time. If you are late we may need to reduce your play time or reschedule for a different day.
• Regular Archery Game bookings are always publicly booked. We try and fill the arena up to 20 players, so you may be playing with other groups of people in your game.
• Drop-in bookings are subject to availability, please call or email us prior to coming in order to see what’s available for the day. Payment is required to future reserve Archery Game time-slots.
• We reserve the right to remove customers without a refund from our facility if they are abusive towards staff, intoxicated or consuming alcohol. Consumption of alcohol at Archery Games is strictly prohibited.
• Archery Games age restrictions: Children under the age of 10 are prohibited from our regular archery game bookings. Our ‘youth hour’ time-slots are reserved for participants between the ages of 7 to 12 years old.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations or changes made to bookings more than 48 hours away: We will fully refund your purchase to the credit card that was used when making the booking. You can cancel your booking by logging into your account page here: www.archerygamescalgary.ca/my-bookings Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to process.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of start time: No refunds will be provided, but we will provide a full credit on your account to use towards a future booking. Please email us at: info@archerygamescalgary.ca prior to your booking to request a credit to your Archery Games account in the event of a short-notice cancellation.
• No shows: A booking is considered a no-show if we aren’t notified about a booking cancellation at least 1 hour prior to the start of the booking. No refunds or credit will be given for no shows. If your group does have a cancellation please email us at: info@archerygamescalgary.ca at least 1 hour prior booking start time to receive Archery Games credit towards a future booking.
